ONLINE COUNSELING

Online counseling provides the convenience of receiving support from home, eliminating travel stress. It offers privacy, making it easier to discuss feelings, and encourages engagement in your mental health journey.

ANXIETY SUPPORT

Anxiety can feel overwhelming, showing up as constant worry, restlessness, or physical tension. I help clients understand the root of their anxiety, develop practical coping tools, and learn ways to calm both mind and body. Together, we work toward finding balance, confidence, and a greater sense of peace in daily life.

FIRST RESPONDER SUPPORT

Our counseling services are specialized to support first responders who face unique challenges in their line of work. We provide a safe and understanding space for first responders to address their mental health needs.

DEPRESSION SUPPORT

Depression can make even simple tasks feel heavy and leave you feeling disconnected or hopeless. In therapy, I provide a supportive space to explore these feelings, identify underlying causes, and build tools for relief and healing. Together, we work toward rediscovering motivation, connection, and a renewed sense of self.

PERINATAL CARE

We offer specialized counseling for individuals and couples dealing with perinatal mental health issues. Our compassionate approach aims to provide support and guidance during this important life stage.

Life changes—whether planned or unexpected—can bring stress, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm. I help clients navigate these transitions with compassion and clarity, offering support as they adjust, find stability, and create new meaning in the next chapter of their lives.

EMDR THERAPY

EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a therapy approach designed to help people process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. It works by using guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation while recalling difficult memories, helping the brain reprocess them in a healthier way. EMDR doesn’t require detailed talking about the trauma—it helps the brain naturally move toward healing, reducing the emotional intensity and negative beliefs tied to past experiences. It’s been shown to be effective not only for trauma and PTSD but also for anxiety, depression, grief, phobias, and even performance issues, making it a powerful tool for a wide range of emotional challenges.

STRESS MANAGEMENT 

Chronic stress can take a toll on both your mind and body. I work with clients to identify sources of stress, build healthy coping strategies, and create balance through mindfulness, boundary setting, and self-care practices that support long-term well-being.

TRAUMA RECOVERY

Experiencing trauma can deeply impact how you see yourself and the world around you. I provide a safe, supportive space to process painful experiences and help you move toward healing using approaches like EMDR and other trauma-informed therapies that foster resilience and emotional recovery.

NEURODIVERGENCE 

I enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, and other unique ways of thinking and experiencing the world. My approach focuses on celebrating strengths, building self-understanding, and creating strategies that honor each person’s natural rhythms and needs rather than trying to “fix” them.

COGNITIVE PROCESSING THERAPY

CPT is a structured, evidence-based therapy designed to help people recover from trauma by addressing unhelpful thoughts and beliefs connected to their experiences. Through this 12-session approach, clients learn to better understand how trauma has affected their thinking, reduce feelings of guilt or shame, and develop healthier, more balanced perspectives that support lasting healing.
