Post Storm Therapy Resource Library
Resources to Support Your Healing Journey
Therapy doesn't begin and end with a 53-minute session. Sometimes the right book, podcast, or simple tool can help reinforce what we're working on together or provide a new perspective between appointments.
This library is a collection of resources I frequently recommend to clients. You're not expected to read everything. In fact, I encourage you to explore what feels helpful and leave the rest. Healing looks different for everyone.

A Gentle Reminder
You don't need to read every book, listen to every podcast, or try every app to make progress. These resources are simply here to support the work we're doing together.
If you're unsure where to start, or if something doesn't feel like the right fit, please bring it up during our next session. I'd be happy to help you find resources that match your goals, interests, and where you are in your healing journey.
I frequently update this library as I come across additional resources. If you're looking for something specific, please let me know during our next session.
